HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Partners is a Albuquerque logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
