HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
