HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Wichita serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
