HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Summit Health is an agricultural business based around Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
