HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Wichita area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
