HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood North Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
