HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Haven Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
