HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
