HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
