HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Basin Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
