HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
