HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Cross Foods is a Wichita food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
