HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Drift Legal Group is a Wichita practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
