HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Wichita with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
