HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
