HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
