HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Clear Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
