HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
