HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
