HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
