HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Yarrow Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Tulsa plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
