HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Sparrow Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
