HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Medical Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
