HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Tulsa area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
