HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Beacon Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing.
