HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Nova West Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
