HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Water Authority Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
