HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
