HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Rook Financial serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
