HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tucson. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
