HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quarry Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
