HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate West Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Toledo with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
