HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
