HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Drift Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
