HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services provides in-home and community support in Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
