HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Cedar Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
