HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Meadow Community Partners Group is a Toledo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
