HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Holdings builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Toledo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
