HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Fox Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
