HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Sable Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
