HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Junction Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
