HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Toledo with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
