HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
