HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Toledo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
