HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Tampa with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
