HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Haven Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
