HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Timber Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
