HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
