HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Rowan Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tampa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
