HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tampa serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
